Prospective buyers should validate the source code, infrastructure, third-party providers, acceptance criteria, and operating procedures before relying on the product.

Commercial terms, intellectual-property rights, warranties, liability, governing law, privacy obligations, incident response, retention, and deletion requirements must be defined in signed transaction and deployment documents.
